  • A short intake form
  • The exact document checklist based on your case (Proof of Indian Origin – based on yourself, Spouse, Parent, or Grandparent, etc.)
  • We also suggest which services are applicable in your case.
  • Once confirmed, we will send invoice to you along with our bank details or payment link to start the OCI Application Assistance/ Surrender Certificate Assistance or your desired choosen service.
  •  OCI Application Assistance for minor is also available.
  • New Born Passport Application & Birth Registration Application Service is also available.

Pay the Service Fee

Once you choose the desired service, you can make the service payment of your invoice. Here are our  charges:

  • €229 for New OCI Application Form-Filling Assistance (with FREE priority prepaid shipping Label + Appointment Booking)
      • €159 for next OCI applicant from the same family (with FREE priority prepaid shipping Label + Appointment Booking)
  • €119 for Surrender Passport Application (with FREE priority prepaid shipping Label)
  • €79 for OCI Renewal / Changes of Particulars
  • €189 for OCI re-issue application (with FREE priority prepaid shipping label + Appointment Booking)
  • €149 for Indian Passport Renewal  Application Form Filling Assistance (with FREE priority prepaid shipping Label + Appointment Booking)

This fee is for our application assistance and does not include the OCI/Surrender/Passport Renewal fees, which must be paid directly to Indian Mission (or outsourcing agency) during your Application submission.

Send Us Your Documents

  • Email us clear scans/photos of your documents.
  • We will check & re-size them according to the latest Indian Embassy guidelines.
  • We also suggest the additional documents as per your case.
  • We also provide self addressed prepaid priority delivery DHL shipping Label to recieve your OCI Card/ Passport at your doorstep (FREE with Form-Filling Package)

We Complete & Upload Your OCI Application

We will:

  • Fill your OCI Application Part A & Part B.
  • Upload your photo, signature, & required documents in appropriate size & format
  • Generate the completed OCI Application PDF
  • Send you all the documents (in PDF) to take with you during your appointment.

Attend your Indian Embassy Appointment

We will send the following documents to be prepared for your application submission:

    • Appointment Confirmation that you must carry for your appointment.
    • Full Print ready Pack of your OCI application/ Surrender Application / Passport Renewal application
    • Step-by-step instructions to be arrange your documents that you must carry to attend your appointment.
    • A checklist of what to take at your appointment at the Indian Embassy

You Submit Application & Pay OCI Fees

On the day of your appointment:

  • You submit your OCI application/ Surrender Certificate Application/ Indian Passport Renewal Application at The Indian Embassy on the day & time of your appointment
  • You pay the Application fees directly there
  • In Netherlands, you must provide self-addressed prepaid priority shipping label + an A4 size envelope to receive your OCI Card/ Surrender Certificate/ renewed Indian Passport at your home. At other locations, You can choose to pickup OCI from the VFS or Outsourcing Agency, or get it delivered at your home by paying Courier charges. 
  • You will receive acknowledgement Receipt & Tracking number. You will receive your OCI card within 2-3 months. The Surrender Certificate Application takes 10-15 working days. Indian Passport Renewal would take approx. 30 days.
