1. Scope of Services
We provide assistance with:

Filling out OCI and related application forms.

Guidance on required documents for successful submission.

Appointment booking support
We are an independent private service provider and are not affiliated with the Embassy of India or any government authority. The final decision on all applications rests solely with the Embassy/Consulate.
2. Appointment Booking Services

To proceed with appointment booking assistance, advance payment is always required.

This advance is 100% refundable if you cancel your order till your appointment is not booked.

Once an appointment has been successfully booked, the amount is not refundable at all. No refund will be issued if you choose to cancel the appointment due to any reasons.

Rescheduling is available if you inform us 2 days before your appointment date. If you cannot attend, the appointment must be cancelled and rebooked as a fresh request. No refund will be issued if you choose to cancel the appointment due to any reasons.

We advise clients to share their preferred dates and inform us of any unavailable days in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.
3. Form-Filling and Documentation Services

Payment must be made in full at the time of service request.

Once the form has been filled and documents reviewed, no refund will be provided as the service is considered delivered.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information and documents provided are accurate and up to date.
- It’s the client’s responsibility to gather your documents required. We can provide support to help you with the procedure to get the required documents. If we have started form filling and you are unable to provide document due to any reason, then no refund will be provided.
- If you have recieved ‘Document Guidance‘ after paying for Complete Form-filling Package and you wish to cancel due to any reason. Then, we will refund your payment after deducted amount for Document Guidance. In case of multiple applicants, Documents Guidance amount for each applicant will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded back to your account.
- No refund will be allowed once form filling is started.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in cases where services have not yet been initiated.

For appointment bookings, refunds apply solely if no booking has been secured.
- For appointment bookings cancellation, no refunds will be provided once appointment booking is sent to you. If you opt for cancellation due to any reason, no refund will be provided.

For form-filling and document assistance services, refunds are not applicable once the work has been started or delivered.
- For all form-filling service, if we have sent you Documents Guidance & Questionnaire to fill in, and after that you want to cancel the services, it is possible unless we have not started your OCI form. But, in this case, we will deduct the costs of Documents Guidance (separately for each applicant) and refund the remaining amount back to you.
- For all the form-filling service, if we have started and filled your Online Application form, and you are unable to provide 1 or 2 documents at last moment, then no refund will be provided.
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate personal details, valid documents, and truthful information.

Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled appointments on time.
- Clients are responsible to arrange and send all the required documents to us within stipulated time to avoid last minute delays.

www.ocihelp.nl will not be held liable for delays, rejection, or cancellations by the Embassy/Consulate.
6. Limitation of Liability

Our role is limited to guidance and support.

We do not influence or guarantee the acceptance, approval, or processing time of any application.

All final decisions rest with the Embassy/Consulate of India.
- You might be asked to provide more supporting documents as per your situation at the Indian Embassy.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
